New Celtic Signings

In a whirlwind of transfer activity Celtic have added Jarosik and Evander Sno to the team roster. Good to see new faces coming in and it looks as if any dabbling in the market place that celtic have done has been carefully though out. Jarosik is a big hard lad who fill fit in nicely in the SPL . Admittedly I had never heard of Sno until they signed him but apparently Celtic we're watching him constantly for over six months so he could turn out to be a very shrewd investment.

Strachan has hinted at the possibility of a couple more new faces and with Naka signing an extension too the squad is starting to look very strong.

Felix Bito in the house

Very much enjoying the world cup so far. Despite not making much of a showing in the office Fantasy Football league, I've been pretty glued to the TV since it started. England are providing to be great entertainment as they struggle to understand what we all know already: They're just not very good. Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Spain and Germany are all looking like they can do something in the tournament so excitement is definitely building for the knockout stages.

Out in the first round

Too much work has caused me to neglect the blogging over the last two weeks. Note to self: must do better.

The Weekend for the National Fives in Galway was a cracker. Going out in the first round meant the weekend was free for drinking with reckless abandon. Here's the photo's from the Salthill Devon (hosts of the tournament) website.

In the meantime the world cup has begun and my money's on Argentina. Actually my money's not on it yet but I do plan to stick a bet on them.
