Preseason over...thankfully
Getting our asses handed to us by a bunch of Manchester United reserves had very little in the way of a silver lining other than Liam Miller missing a sitter for United. I'm willing to keep faith with the management though and not read too much into our abysmal preseason performances.
I don't know what was worse though, Celtic's level of play or the patronising Channel 5 commentary. Actually I do know what was worse than both of those....John "eh" Barnes' incoherent mumblings that channel 5 have tried to pass as insightful punditry. That guy is dangerous enough with a microphone when he's sitting still, who thought it would be a good idea to give him a free role and let him surprise attack Ferguson and Strachan in the tunnel.
